1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website (the “Site”), you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), as well as any additional contract you may enter into with Corporate Information Technologies, doing business as CIT or CorpInfoTech (“CIT,” “CorpInfoTech,” “we,” or “our”). You represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and have authority to enter into this agreement. If any provision of a supplemental contract conflicts with these Terms, the supplemental contract shall control. By using the Site, clicking acceptance, or otherwise indicating consent electronically, you agree that these Terms are a binding contract enforceable under applicable law, including the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (15 U.S.C. § 7001 et seq.).

CIT may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Unauthorized use may violate applicable intellectual-property or unfair-competition laws.

Nothing in these Terms grants any implied license or right to use CIT trademarks, service marks, or trade dress. Unauthorized use may be prosecuted under applicable U.S. intellectual-property laws.

5. Responsible Use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You must not:

7. Privacy and Data Collection

CIT collects only the limited personal information voluntarily provided through contact forms or similar means (such as name, company, email address, or message content). This information is used exclusively for legitimate business communication, support inquiries, or educational correspondence. This Site is intended for use by individuals eighteen (18) years of age or older. CIT does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under thirteen (13). Parents or guardians who believe their child has submitted information may contact us using the information contained in the Contact Information section of these terms.

CIT may collect anonymized technical data (e.g., IP address, browser type, visit duration) for performance analytics. CIT does not sell or rent personal data. Information may be shared only with trusted U.S. service providers bound by confidentiality and security obligations. Users located outside the United States should not submit personal data through the Site.

8. Security

CIT employs commercially reasonable measures to protect data transmitted through the Site. However, no system is completely secure. By using the Site, you acknowledge and accept inherent internet security risks.

9. No Warranties

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. CIT disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CIT shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your access to, use of, or inability to use this Site or any linked resource, even if CIT has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, CIT’s total cumulative liability for all claims arising out of or related to your use of the Site shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ( $100 ) or the amount you paid, if any, to access the Site, whichever is less. No claim or cause of action may be brought more than one (1) year after the event giving rise to such claim.

These limitations apply to all causes of action, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, statutory duty, or otherwise, and shall survive termination of your use of the Site.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Each party waives any right to trial by jury and agrees that arbitration is the exclusive forum for any dispute unless expressly prohibited by law.

No foreign or international tribunal shall have jurisdiction over CIT or any dispute arising from or related to this Site.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina and the United States of America, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act and the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), conducted in Charlotte, North Carolina. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction in the State of North Carolina.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CIT, its affiliates, successors, assigns, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from any claim, loss, damage, liability, cost, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.

13. Modifications and Termination

CIT may modify or discontinue the Site or these Terms at any time without notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

14. Entire Agreement, Assignment, Waiver, and Severability

These Terms, together with any supplemental contracts you enter into with CIT, constitute the entire agreement between you and CIT regarding your use of the Site.

No waiver of any breach shall be deemed a continuing waiver of any other breach. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without CIT’s prior written consent. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain enforceable to the fullest extent possible.
